Hiring Process

We are looking for motivated people who fit within our culture and are able to learn. If you have gaps in your technical knowledge that can be filled, you are still a candidate. We want learners, not people who know it all.
The recruitment process usually takes 6-8 weeks from application, although time frames do vary depending on the situation. We keep our candidates informed throughout the process, which is as follows:

Assessing:
Depending on the position you’re applying for, you might be asked to go through an assessment and different testing and might contact some references.

Each year many of our companies give university students the opportunity for an internship:
